Two ways to keep them close
Every piece is sculpted from merino and corriedale wool over a wire core, then groomed and finished by hand. One flat price per style — your pet sets the difficulty, not the bill.

Order & send photos
Pick a style below and check out. We'll email you straight away asking for 5–10 photos — including close-ups of their coat in daylight, so we can blend the wool to match.

We felt, you approve
Your felter sends progress photos at the sculpt stage and again once the coat is laid in. Unlimited small tweaks until it's unmistakably them.

Groomed, boxed, shipped
A final trim and groom, then your piece ships in a padded gift box with a care card and name tag. 4–6 weeks door to door.

Quick answers
What photos do you need?
5–10 phone photos are perfect: front, both sides, top of the head — plus a couple of close-ups of their coat in natural light. Colour matching is the part we're fussiest about, and daylight photos make all the difference. We'll send a friendly checklist by email after you order.
Is felted wool fragile?
Less than you'd think — thousands of needle pokes compact the wool into a dense, sturdy sculpture over a wire core. Keep it out of long direct sun and away from moths, give it an occasional fluff, and it'll outlast the sofa. A care card ships with every piece.
What if I don't like the sculpt?
You approve progress photos at the sculpt stage and after the coat is laid in, with unlimited small revisions. If we can't get it right, you get a full refund before it ships.
Can you do two pets together?
Yes — place one order per pet and mention in the notes that they're a pair. Full-figure pairs are felted onto a shared base at no extra cost.
Memorial portraits?
Many of our pieces are of pets who've passed. Old photos are fine — even a handful — and we treat these orders with extra care.
